Our Programs

Programs & Services

We serve youth & young adults ages 16-24

Mentorship

One-on-one and group mentorship that helps young people build trusted relationships, set goals, make positive decisions, and have someone in their corner as they navigate important life transitions.

Life Skills & Financial Literacy

Practical skills for everyday independence, including budgeting, saving, understanding credit, building credit, managing money, banking, and preparing for financial responsibilities.

Education

Supporting young people in reaching their educational goals, whether they are going to college for the first time, returning to college, continuing their education, or exploring career and technical training. We provide guidance with college applications, FAFSA, scholarships, and connecting youth with educational resources.

Career & Job Readiness

Helping young people prepare for the workforce through resume building, mock interviews, workplace skills, job applications, internships, and connections with local businesses and employers.

Restorative Circles

Guided conversations that create space for young people to be heard, understand different perspectives, take responsibility, build relationships, and work through challenges in a supportive environment.

Community Connections

Connecting youth with local resources, organizations, businesses, schools, and community leaders while creating opportunities to participate in community events and build positive support networks.

Youth Activities, Outings & Team Buildings

Positive experiences that give young people opportunities to have fun, explore new places, develop teamwork, build confidence, and create meaningful connections with their peers and mentors.

Advocacy Support

Helping young people navigate systems and make sure their voices are heard. Advocacy may include supporting youth during school meetings, educational planning, disciplinary matters, court hearings, appointments, and meetings with service providers. We can help youth understand their options, prepare questions, identify resources, communicate their needs, and connect them with appropriate professionals or services when specialized representation is needed.
